Issues with quality control

I has been brought to my attention that there have been some recent quality control issues with some of our products. Firstly, I want to assure all of our customers that I take those issues very seriously and they are being addressed. To fix these problems I have be in touch with some of our materials suppliers and will be reevaluating those relationships in the coming days. Second, I have implemented new and more stringent quality control inspections for all of our products. To the individuals that have been affected I want to offer my scenarist apologies for the inconvenience and my assurance that it is being addressed.
